Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist in recruiting, coordinating, selecting & promoting the right candidates.
∎ Coordinating with SBU to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
∎ Preparing Monthly and Yearly recruitment report.
∎ Arranging New Employee Orientation.
∎ Coordinating new employee placement and documentation.
∎ Follow up disciplinary procedures.
∎ Support in factory HR operations-related activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be a creative, proactive, hard worker, and willing to listen, learn, and execute quickly.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer, basically MS Office packages.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Labor Law.
∎ Must be fluent in Written & Spoken English.
