Responsibilities & Context:
  • HR and Administrative Reports: Maintain HR and organizational behavior documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

  • Daily Administrative Support: Organize meetings, prepare reports, manage office supplies, and support facility maintenance and security.

  • Transport and Asset Management: Plan, control, and maintain office transport and equipment, track vehicles, organize repairs, and optimize asset use.

  • Facilities and Safety Management: Ensure regular utility supplies, organize security and safety checks, and maintain hygiene standards to support a healthy workplace.

  • Inventory and Procurement Management: Manage device procurement, inventory updates, and distribution, ensuring the team has the necessary equipment available.

  • Employee Attendance and HR Database Management: Track employee attendance in HRIS, update leave records, manage the HR database, and handle employee confirmations and terminations.

  • Team Supervision: Oversee daily responsibilities of subordinate staff, including technicians, cable operators, and drivers, to ensure effective performance.

  • Legal Affairs Management: Attend and manage legal matters, including meetings and coordination with legal counsel.

  • Office Support Operations: Lead office support functions, including transport maintenance and security, and coordinate repairs of office equipment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong communication and organizational abilities.

  • Document Management: Maintain legal documentation, HR, and other administrative records.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist with recruitment tasks, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, liaise between employees and management, and ensure data privacy in employee records.

  • Additional Tasks: Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
