• Age 25 to 30 years

•  Technical Skills: 
• IP networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). 
• Fiber/wireless technologies (GPON, P2P, P2MP). 
• Clear understanding of OSI model , VLSM, CIDR, NAT,PAT etc.
• Capability to work under pressure and good adaptability and quick learning ability is always preferred. 
• Soft Skills: 
• Ability to work in night shifts (24/7 roster). 
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor network performance (bandwidth, uptime, latency) using tools like Zabbix, MRTG, PRTG. 

• Troubleshoot ISP network issues (routing, switching, fiber, wireless) with a focus on MikroTik routers. 

• Configure/maintain MikroTik devices (RB series, CCR) for NAT, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, VLAN and firewall policies. 

• Coordinate with field teams for fault resolution and maintenance. 

• Communicate with NTT 

• Document network changes, network diagram, incidents, and RCA reports.
