Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the retail sales channel.
Coordinate order collection, documentation, and record management.
Liaise with production and procurement teams to ensure timely product readiness.
Monitor warehouse dispatches and delivery flow to distribution centres and end customers.
Track and verify order completion status, ensuring accuracy in every stage.
Follow up on customer payments, record dues, and maintain clear collection reports.
Prepare and organize relevant operational reports for management review.
