• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Age At least 28 years

Applicant should have minimum 03 years of work experience in Bakery product development.

• Have adequate knowledge of working with flavours, enzymes, cake emulsifiers and other basic food ingredients.

• Should have hands on experience in making bread, biscuit (soft & hard dough), cakes and puff pastry applications.

• Be able to make samples of above bakery product for sampling to customer.

• Conduct plant trials in customer’s lab/plant/bakery to promote our portfolio of bakery ingredients.

• Optimize formulations and process parameters for consistency and efficiency.

• Explore innovative ingredients, flavor profiles, and processing technologies.

• Perform sensory evaluations to assess product performance.

• Study market trends, competitor products and consumer preferences in bakery segments.
