Experience:
Applicant should have minimum 03 years of work experience in Bakery product development.
Have adequate knowledge of working with flavours, enzymes, cake emulsifiers and other basic food ingredients.
Should have hands on experience in making bread, biscuit (soft & hard dough), cakes and puff pastry applications.
Be able to make samples of above bakery product for sampling to customer.
Conduct plant trials in customer’s lab/plant/bakery to promote our portfolio of bakery ingredients.
Optimize formulations and process parameters for consistency and efficiency.
Explore innovative ingredients, flavor profiles, and processing technologies.
Perform sensory evaluations to assess product performance.
Study market trends, competitor products and consumer preferences in bakery segments.
