Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance and Career Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out day-to-day routine HR & administrative work that includes attendance, leave and dress code management.
∎ Prepare & develop job description for jobs website and keep an organized database of job applicants maintaining the organogram.
∎ Conduct end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
∎ Verification of employees provided contact & address and put it into the service book.
∎ Conduct orientation & awareness programs for the employees to educate them about morality, integrity, responsibility towards company, company rules and regulation, policy and procedures.
∎ Looking after employee welfare & employee relations issues and arranging different employee engagement programs and budgets for it.
∎ Prepare employees' Salary sheet & Wage sheet and Ensuring timely salary disbursement and all types of fund and benefit management.
∎ Defining Standard Operating Procedure and Continuous monitoring Key Performance Indicators of employees' performance as per set benchmark and Perform Yearly Appraisal.
∎ To identify promising & poor performing employees, taking corrective action and apprise for action with the coordination of the Training & Organization Development Department.
∎ Maintaining and updating records and database of employees' increment, promotion and transfer.
∎ Maintaining and updating different register and service books as per company policy, submitting a different monthly report to management & department head.
∎ Ensure all company policies and procedures are being very thoroughly followed and issue appreciation & warning letters.
∎ Handling disciplinary actions & employee complaints with reasonable steps.
∎ Ensuring flawless service of office assistant, support staff, electrician, cleaner, security guard (attendance report, leave report, duty allocation)
∎ Monitor administrative, Transport & overall logistics issues as per company policy.
∎ Ensuring smooth & timely delivery of all arrays of employee services, viz. confirmation, promotion, leave & attendance management, SIM & Mobile handset management, transfer/ posting, HR reports, Bank A/C, ID & visiting card etc.
∎ Maintain attendance machine, CC Camera and Office Vehicle
∎ Update all documents of BRTA for Office Vehicle fitness and submit any type of information asked by BRTA every time
∎ Arrange Employees Satisfaction Program over the period of time (Arranging Office Picnic Yearly, Decoration Office in each festival)
∎ Assure and Ensure employees for their benefits & facilities they are receiving from the company and pre-plan for it
