Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talking to the employees on a regular basis and listening to their feedback, needs, concerns, and suggestions
∎ Speaking back to the employees and providing them with clear and consistent information about our company's updates, goals, and benefits
∎ Help employees understand the company's belief system and how their role contributes to success.
∎ Gather feedback from employees and share it with Managing Director for continuous improvement.
∎ Make sure the company’s expectations and policies are clear and followed by everyone.
∎ Work with the team to create programs that help employees grow and feel connected.
∎ Help find positive solutions when conflicts arise between team members.
∎ Provide clear information and support during uncertain or difficult situations.
∎ Remember, effective communication is key to success in this role!
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Must be presentable and fluent in English is a must

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
