• Expertise in social media platform-specific design trends and requirements.

Catalyst Solutions, a partner organization of Adiva Graphics, is a multinational data analytics company based in the USA and Canada. We serve the top 10 marketing research and analytics firms globally. Our expertise lies in deriving meaningful insights from complex data sets. We aid businesses in making informed decisions by providing visually engaging representations of data through infographics and visualizations. Currently, we are seeking creative Graphic Designer to join our team and proficiently translate information into visually compelling and impactful designs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Visualization: Create compelling infographics, charts, and graphs to represent complex information in a visually engaging manner.

• Conceptualization: Generate unique design concepts aligned with project goals and insights.

• Design Development: Utilize industry-standard tools for high-quality visual designs in line with brand guidelines.

• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in data visualization and graphic design for continuous improvement.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews, make revisions based on feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute design ideas.

• Depending on performance, a twice-yearly festival bonus (between 50% to 100% of gross pay) is given*
