Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
∎ Support recruitment process (Job description, job specification, advertisement, CV screening, reference check, job offer, job contract and placement), onboarding/induction, transfer, separation, contract renew, exit interview.
∎ Selecting & negotiating with the ideal candidates to fill the vacant positions and placing accordingly with a minimum cost and in an efficient way.
∎ Good relationship with renown different headhunting firm for outsourcing, if required.
∎ Maintain official Documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin related files.
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under pressure.
∎ To Manage all HR & Administrative issues in accordance with approved policy and Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Support annual performance appraisal & implementation with program and department.
∎ Check all the documents and brief them properly prior to deployment of overseas workers.
∎ Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under pressure.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management as and when required.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
