Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
∎ Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
∎ Assist in preparing and reviewing payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely compensation to employees
∎ Ensure adherence to government regulations and labor laws within the organization.
∎ Implement proper disciplinary procedures and address grievances effectively.
∎ Supervise day-to-day administrative functions for smooth operations.
∎ Address and resolve administrative challenges promptly.
∎ Foster positive employee relations and a thriving organizational culture.
∎ Organize engagement activities and recognition programs to boost morale.
∎ Ensure workplace safety and security through comprehensive policies.
∎ Address employee health and safety concerns effectively.
∎ Develop and implement HR and administrative policies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Communicate and ensure compliance with policies across teams.
∎ Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as offer letters, promotion letters, and termination notices.
∎ Maintain up to date employee records in personal files and ERP ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
∎ Knowledge of labor laws.
∎ Proficiency in HRIS/ERP
∎ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Effective time management and attention to detail.
