Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / B.Sc from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, analyze, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve the production target.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e., materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets and objectives.
∎ Ensure proper use of raw & packaging materials for smooth production so that process-loss is always at standard level.
∎ Schedule, delegate, and ensure the maintenance of all equipment following maintenance procedures.
∎ Determine quality control standards of Raw Materials, Packing Materials & Finished Goods.
∎ Drive and implements inventory control and cost savings initiatives to achieve the overall cost savings target for the organization.
∎ Collect customers complain report & take necessary initiatives to reduce customers complain by ensuring proper planning, training & execution.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Ensure tea tasting when tea receive from garden and before machine production.
∎ Maintain raw materials, packaging materials and semi-finished goods inventory report on daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
∎ Ensure workers & operators personal hygiene issues.
∎ Check production floor cleanliness report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Update all audit documents time to time for certification.
∎ Ensure worker attendance and over-time reports daily.
∎ Prepare employee training calendar & provide required training.
∎ Prepare monthly COGS report & submit to the accounts department.
∎ Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years proven working experience as Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Age limit maximum 35 years.
∎ Experience in Tea industry is more preferable
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
