About the Role
Kazi & Kazi Tea Estate Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales to strengthen its corporate sales function. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on FMCG sales experience and a strong track record in business development across HORECA, Pharmaceutical, and Corporate/Institutional channels. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow corporate sales across HORECA, Pharmaceutical, and institutional/corporate segments.
Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, restaurants, cafes, pharmaceutical companies, and corporate accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pricing negotiations tailored to client needs.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and payment collection.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and contractual agreements with clients.
