  • Minimum 12 years of relevant sales experience, with mandatory prior experience in the FMCG industry.

  • Proven expertise in business development, with demonstrable experience across HORECA, Pharmaceutical, and Corporate sales channels.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market visits.

About the Role

Kazi & Kazi Tea Estate Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales to strengthen its corporate sales function. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on FMCG sales experience and a strong track record in business development across HORECA, Pharmaceutical, and Corporate/Institutional channels. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow corporate sales across HORECA, Pharmaceutical, and institutional/corporate segments.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers to expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, restaurants, cafes, pharmaceutical companies, and corporate accounts.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pricing negotiations tailored to client needs.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company goals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and payment collection.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and contractual agreements with clients.
