Responsibilities & Context:
Department: HR & Admin
Job Location: Chattogram (Plant)
Major Job Responsibilities:
Prepare expense statements and ensure timely advance settlements in line with company policy.
Oversee daily operations of the Plant canteen and prepare monthly expense reports.
Collect bills/invoices from suppliers and service providers, verify, and obtain necessary approvals.
Prepare service and domestic purchase orders (POs) based on vendor invoices and maintain documentation for expense tracking and future analysis.
Prepare and submit overtime and leave statement.
Arrange refreshments for Plant personnel and guests in accordance with company policy.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and provide quarterly comparative analysis to the F&P department.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including air tickets and hotel bookings for Plant high officials and guests.
