Major Job Responsibilities:
Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Screen and manage incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.) and take appropriate action.
Prepare and organize documents and reports as required.
Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Arrange visas, tickets, airport protocol, and accommodations for top management’s travel.
Assist in the preparation of documents for approval.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
