Job Context:
∎ TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd. is a joint venture company.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of motorbike product production service, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & Control the stocks of both domestic & Imported chemicals as per the production norms.
∎ Conduct PDCA for quality & delivery performance.
∎ Conduct EJO validation for design / Process/source change.
∎ Ensure all the process control equipment/gauges calibration
∎ Conduct process qualification for special processes
∎ Prepare & adhere spray gun maintenance schedule
∎ Ensure all operations are carried out as per the SOP and conduct an audit every month.
∎ Audit & improve 2S, unsafe acts, and conditions, check sheet adherence, Gauge condition & MHS
∎ Execution of reaction plan during the manufacturing process
∎ Take corrective actions for in-house PDI & customer complaints related to Painting
∎ Control of nonconforming products.
∎ Control of quality documents (QCPC, PPAP, TMOS, Tally sheets, etc)
∎ Risk evaluation & recommendation for a concession on part & process parameters
∎ Capacity enhancement as per the volume requirements
∎ Record learning and ensure the standardization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years (s) experience

∎ Motorbike Company - technical service support for assembling, Production Management & Administration.
∎ Motorbike productivity
