• Candidates should have a B.Sc. in Engineering from any accredited university.
• Candidates from any reputed public university will be an added advantage.
• Experienced candidates from a similar industry may apply where educational qualifications may be relaxed.

• Creation & Control of Incoming part quality inspection standards.
• In process Quality Inspection standards preparation and control.
• Monitor process capability for identified parameters.
• Welding penetration check & Qualification of Welders.
• Prepare and submit the periodic quality reports.
• Knowledge of MIG & MAG welding process.
• Knowledge on best in class production systems - JIT, WCM, LEAN SYSTEMS.
• Knowledge of Welding Machines & Processes 
• Knowledge of Quality control & Quality Assurance systems - SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA.
• Knowledge of Welding Machines & Processes.
• Knowledge of QC story, 7 QC tools
• Knowledge of FARO, and CMM Inspections.
• Should be familiar with MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
• Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.

• To establish, Optimize & Sustain the welding process to achieve the requisite quality as stipulated in the drawing & other quality standards. Has to be the custodian of the welding & machining process. Should have the ability to optimize the process to achieve the delivery targets with optimum resources and simultaneously sustain the quality standards. Should have a keen eye on " Problem diagnosis " and troubleshooting and guide the production team in case of " Line stoppage, Crisis or Emergency ". To achieve the above requirements, He/She needs to carry out the following activities:
• Installation of Welding machines & Process establishment as per plan.
• Conduct an audit on the part parameters, process parameters & weld strength and get corrective actions for the nonconformance identified.
• Ensure fixture calibration as per schedule & take corrective actions for deviations.
• Ensure gauge calibration and process control equipment calibration as per schedule & take corrective actions for deviations.
• Implement corrective actions for customer complaints, warranty & PDI.
• Carryout disposition and permanent action for NC Products (MSN /PSN /RT).
• Conduct process qualification for special processes.
• Validation of changes (EJO) for ECR / PCR and support implementation.
• Control of quality documents (QCPC, PPAP, TMOS, Tally sheets, etc).
• Risk evaluation & recommendation for the concession on part & process parameters.
• Capacity enhancement as per the volume requirements.
• Budget planning for AMC & Execution for Repair & Maintenance.
• Record learning and ensure standardization.
• Implement productivity, quality & cost-saving projects.
• Train & Deploy workmen as per skill matrix & organize resources for production.
• Train & coach the junior engineers about the welding process.
• Consumption norms calculation for consumables & ensure the stock
