∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ PGD in Supply Chain will get preferred.
∎ For this position, 2-3 years of experience is required in handling factory warehouse management.
∎ This position should be familiar with MS Office applications.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
∎ Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.
∎ Should have the capability to assist in preparing Daily/Monthly/Annual reports.
∎ Experienced candidates from similar industries will get the advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and Receive Parts and Components that are released from the port.
∎ Enter received items in SAP/System as per procedure.
∎ Issue the requirement of Parts and Components consignments model & color-wise daily as per the production plan.
∎ Warehouse space management and maintaining proper warehouse mapping.
∎ Prepare an inventory report daily basis and do a physical inspection Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly.
∎ Daily follow-up production plan and develop communication with the commercial and marketing department. Accordingly, arrange for shifting to the Manufacturing Plant.
∎ Manage transport and movement to be recorded, and the Issue bill and demand.
∎ Update stock of P&C into SAP as follows: on route, port, LC opened, dispatched from TVSM.
∎ Inventory management by maintaining FIFO and Stock Ageing.
∎ Ensure Stock accuracy by periodic stock verification.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
∎ Handle and organize multiple Warehouses at multiple locations. Maintain and share records for the requirements of other related departments.
