∎ B. Sc. in Footwear Engineering or
∎ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create & Drive a fast paced costing department to deliver accurate detailed pricing of sample shoe developments based on SMV, consumptions, internal & external components details.
∎ Strong & detailed Analyse skill minded with ability to recall historical information across multiple bands & models to apply to new model pricing for cost saving.
∎ Ability to manage sample costing for a wide platform of bands & constructions in a timely fashion to meet deadlines.
∎ When required question pattern layouts & consumptions to 1st pattern team for optimum cost saving.
∎ Partner to marketing managers to drive cross exchanging of vendor details to help focus (when permitted) material standardising across brands.
∎ Present first & follow up CBD to VP & PD director with clear concise information for review & follow up cost changes in a timely fashion.
∎ CBD Deep dive review when price targets are missed to identify & correct material, consumption, SMV spikes.
∎ Constance eye on cost.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have practical experience 05-08 years as a costing manager in any Shoes/ Garments industry.
∎ Should be adequately knowledgeable with computer literacy.
