Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the allocation of the sampling resources, staff, material and inventory.
∎ Ensure that fabrics, threads and trimmings are available in the production floor.
∎ Responsible for the evaluation and approval of all samples from development, fitting, and adjustment.
∎ Perform the weekly/monthly sample production plans, providing status reports to the management.
∎ Ensure end to end sample inventory management.
∎ Work closely with the production team, identifying and applying the most suitable processes to overcome manufacturing challenges.
∎ Attending the customer complaints issues & ensures the corrective actions.
∎ Ensure quality of the product manufactured from design till the final inspection & ensures customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure pre-production sample are developed according to the established fit & quality standards as well as complying with cost specification and marginal objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience of handling Uniqlo or Japanese customers will be an advantage.
∎ Good communication and technical skills are required.

Salary: Negotiable
