Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the rice factory.
Supervise production, quality control, and ensure timely processing of rice.
Manage laborers and staff, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate raw material procurement.
Maintain factory equipment and ensure regular maintenance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
Ensure cost-effective and efficient production processes.
