∎ Essential Requirements·
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience on Reporting & Documentation·
∎ Experience in Mwater, Kobo Apps·
∎ Experience on report writing as Monthly Sponsorship Alignment, Quarterly, half-Yearly and Yearly.·
∎ Able to prepare SPAR report and others as per project requirement.·
∎ Field visit to project locations is a requirement of the position. It is a condition of employment that staff abides by all agency security and safety protocols, policies and procedures
∎ Desirable Requirements·
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders and project staff·
∎ Excellent report writing skills in both English and Bengali·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools·
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.·
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment·
∎ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines·
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environments

∎ Understand clearly about the project result framework, track the progress and report to line manager.·
∎ To communicate with project manager and other local team members about the updates and modification on reporting formats and requirements.·
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports·
∎ Assist in development of TORs, survey/research tools and questionnaire.·
∎ Ensure proper and systematic storage and filing of collected reports, documents, preserving data and pictures/videos for using SPAR and prepare SPAR report.·
∎ Reporting and documentation Case Story, Monthly & Quarterly quantitative and narrative report and submission in time as per requirement.·
∎ Monitor the progress indicators, results, process of project interventions and report to line manager.·
∎ Arrange and conduct Community Reflection session and support donor to enhance Annual Participatory Program Review and Post Distribution Monitoring.·
∎ Day to day support/problem shooting to program staffs for enhancing quality real-time data.·
∎ Enhance the capacity of project staffs on online monitoring, usage of monitoring software and usage of electronic devices (Tab/Laptop/Desktop etc.).·
∎ Data analysis and briefing the findings with project staffs and partner organization.·
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assign by the management.
∎ OTHER:
