Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master of Social Science (MSS)
• Master of Arts (MA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• MSS / MA /MBA/ MSc in any Discipline from any reputed university

• Applicants having a third -class academic background are not eligible for this position.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 33 years

• Experienced:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO, Microfinance activities.

• Experience 3 to 5 years

• Additional Job Requirements:

• Age at most 33 years for fresher candidates.

• Age at most 35 years for experienced candidates.

• Meet monthly target for social business (Nobin Program) development.

• Work outside Dhaka in different districts.

• Search for new entrepreneur (Nobin Udyokta)

• Conduct social business workshops.

• Motivate unemployed young to develop as an entrepreneur for social business.

• Develop and evaluate social business project proposal for entrepreneur.

• Monitor implemented social business new entrepreneur (Nobin Udyokta) projects.

• Check the utilization of investment and send the utilization report accordingly.

• Monitor SMS status of the unit.

• Recommend for investment.

• Ensure collection of Investment.

• Liaise with Head office.

• Provident fund, Gratuity, Mobile bill, T/A

• As per company policy.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Salary Range

• After successfully completion of probation period Tk.34,000.

• Unit Officer Tk.24,000 (Monthly) during the probation period (Six Months).
