• Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer, and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health and Nutrition Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which is implementing different projects and institutions.

• DAM Health and Nutrition Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Management trainees.

Job Responsibilities

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Rotate through different departments/ institutions/ projects to gain comprehensive knowledge.

• Shadow senior managers and supervisors.

• • Assist with projects and initiatives.

• Perform administrative tasks.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures and best practices.

• Participate in the different interventions of DAM Health and Nutrition Sector.

• Participate in research work; e.g. data collection, data compilation, analysis, report preparation etc.

• Develop social media posts, case studies on interventions of DAM Health and Nutrition Sector, success stories, and information, education, and communication (IEC) materials etc.

• Publish editorials in the print and online media
