Experience:

• At least 3 years

Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputed university.

• Age At most 40 years

• The candidate must have experience at least 3 years in a non govt. development organization.

• Must have efficiency in facilitation of meetings, trainings.

• Good understanding on governance and rights issues.

• Should have valid motorcycle driving license.

Job Context

Manab Kallyan Parished-MKP, a Non-Government Organization is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator for the project.  “SWAMMAN – Self-Help Approach for Mobilizing Marginalized Women’s Action Network”, funded by the Kindernothilf e.V. Germany (KNH).

Job Responsibilities

• Formation of Self-Help Groups as per the requirement of the project

• Being as an enabler who helps SHGs to do the things that they want for themselves, their families, and their communities.

• Planning and implement project activities

• Arrange monthly meeting with SHGs   and with local Government quarterly.

• support the SHGs to arrange the weekly meeting with themselves.

·         Organising and facilitating training and meeting with SHGs members

·         Maintain communication with SHGs members at community level

• Coordination with public authorities

• Preparation of  weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plan

• Support for preparation of qualitative and quantitative reports

• Maintain all sorts of documentation of project activities

• Provide support to the Project Officer for smooth implementation of the project

• Ensure gender friendly environment at all level

• Carry out any other assignments required by the organisation.
