Job Context

Manab Kallyan Parished-MKP, a Non-Government Organization is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator for the project.  “SWAMMAN – Self-Help Approach for Mobilizing Marginalized Women’s Action Network”, funded by the Kindernothilf e.V. Germany (KNH).

Job Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project on Self-Help Approach.

• Assist in implementing the program activities on Self-Help Approach  in 1 district

• Support for financial management of the project

• Preparation of quantitative and qualitative reports to the management as well as to the national coordinator.

• Supervision and management of performance of project team members

• Regular monitoring of project activities of Self-Help Group

• To work out the overall implementation plan in consultation with Director and national Coordinator

• Coordination with public authorities

• Support for strengthening the capacity of the project team members

• Advocacy and networking

• Coordination with other teams of the organisation

• Regular field visit

• Communication with relevant stakeholders

• Ensure gender friendly environment at all level

• Carry out any other assignments required by the organisation.
