∎ Masters in social science or any other discipline from a reputed university.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in leading managing and implementing project on human rights and inclusive governance.
∎ Knowledge on human rights, gender equality, inclusive governance and subsequent Acts/rules.
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from disadvantaged communities and formation of CSO, CS Alliance, student forum, theatre group etc.
∎ Able to make effective plan and optimum utilization of available resources·
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license and frequent field visit.
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process.
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management.
∎ Must have efficiency in supervision of field staff, facilitation of meetings.
∎ Able to develop training modules, its collection, preservation and dissemination.
∎ Good analytical skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more.
∎ Awareness and sensitivity regarding gender issues and respect for diversity.

∎ Job ContextManab Kallyan Parished-MKP, a Non-Government Organization is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator for the project “Young people at high schools strengthen women's rights and inclusive governance in Bangladesh-YUKTA” funded by the BMZ and NETZ-Bangladesh for the project duration till June 2025.
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Overall management of the project
∎ Support for financial management of the project
∎ Preparation of quantitative and qualitative reports
∎ Supervision and management of performance of project team members
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities
∎ Coordination with public authorities
∎ Support for strengthening the capacity of the project team members
