Responsibilities & Context:

BRAC is an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh in 1972 that partners globally with over 100 million people living with inequality and poverty to create opportunities to realise their potential.

This role is assigned to keep MIS record at the software. S/he also need to ensure order planning, inventory management and prepare report by collecting, organizing and maintaining data from respective departments.

  • Ensure smoothly running the production software in the center.

  • Prepare job tickets and entry the production planning timely in the software.

  • Monitor section wise production & planning in the ERP software.

  • Assist in ensuring inventory control through production software.

  • Prepare production, wages, artisans and others reporting as per requirements of both AAF & HCMP

  • Assist in ensuring purchase and billing by the system.

  • Provide training and support for the staff regarding software operation.

  • Assist in ensuring data input at the system as per requirements.

  • Keep communication and coordination with MIS team of AAF-HO & HCMP-MIS/M&E.

Safeguarding

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
