Experience:
Bachelors in Social Science, Psychology, Anthropology, and Management or any relevant subject from any UGC approved reputed institute.
Knowledge of survivor-centered GBV case management, SEA reporting mechanisms, gender issues, GBV core concepts, referral pathways, and identification of high-risk cases for timely support.
Understanding of community dynamics and the ability to assess risks and make timely, appropriate decisions with patience, confidence, and persuasion.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide teams, improve performance, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with empathy, assertiveness, compassion, and a strong team-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, and interpretation skills, with the ability to identify issues and take appropriate action.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external service providers, and relevant stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare concise narrative reports and adapt effectively to changing priorities and operational demands.

Job Purpose:
The position will be responsible for ensuring survivor-centered case management services to survivors of gender-based violence. The supervisor will supervise and provide support to case workers and will coordinate with other sectors to ensure quality services are provided to individuals seeking GBV services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct trainings to case workers, volunteers and other stakeholders with pre- and post-test for evaluation and ensure GBV mainstreaming.
Closely coaching case workers for the process of capacity development in all facilities.
Ensure Supervision of the case worker by maintaining different supervision tools.
Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow-up of all referred cases.
Provide technical support and guidance for the overall case management process to the caseworker.
Ensure and submit the monthly compiled IR and Activity info report to GBVIMS.
Submit Client feedback survey after case closing.
Represent Program activities to UNFPA, Senior Management, External visitors and GBV Sub Sector.
Support and provide guidance to the Caseworker for the volunteers’ recruitment process by maintaining the SOP
Perform other administrative & logistics tasks like giving work orders and taking food order, materials distribution etc.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including CIC and other NGO’s to enable and develop GBV programming in Camps.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
