Experience:
Medical Graduate registered with Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council with updated registration.

Job Context: ASA, the largest microfinance organization in Bangladesh, is providing healthcare services through its 82 primary health centers and 14 Integrated Health Centers as part of its corporate social responsibility. Currently, ASA is looking for Medical Officers for its Integrated Health Centers.
Job Description / Responsibility
Provide personal, family, and community-oriented comprehensive primary healthcare and medical services to individuals at the clinic and field level.
Provide family planning services, with contraceptive advice and sexual/reproductive health services.
Perform sonography procedures such as image production, diagnostic analysis, and reporting, especially for pregnancy profile, whole abdomen, thyroid, etc., and perform basic troubleshooting on ultrasound equipment.
Prepare monthly reports, health center budgets, and medicine requisitions on a regular basis.
Supervise all staff under their supervision (Physiotherapist, Medical Assistant & Paramedic, Medical Technologist, Counselor, Receptionist Cum Computer Operator and Health assistants, etc.)
Provide technical assistance to other medical staff to improve their technical competencies.
Lead and maintain IPC protocol and supervise proper collection and disposal of medical waste.
Ensure cleanliness of the health center as well as quality health service.
Ensure effective and timely coordination and liaise with the health office, GOB, other stakeholders, and the local community as and when required.
Take initiative to increase client/patient satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all services and generate necessary reports as per office requirements.
Carry out other related and lawful duties as and when assigned by the supervisor/the authority.
