Diploma/BSc in Nursing, Paramedics, or relevant discipline in Allied Health Sciences
Skills & Experience:
NSDA Caregiving Level 2 & Level 3 Certification (Must)
CBT&A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) Level 4 Assessor/Trainer Certification (Must)
Minimum 1–2 years of practical teaching/training experience in an NSDA/TVET-registered institute
Strong proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for academic documentation and record-keeping
Expertise in competency-based training delivery, assessment design, and NSDA compliance procedures
Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Bangla and basic English
Detail-oriented, organized, empathetic, and disciplined
Willingness to reside near/on-site or handle backup shift coverage for hostel supervision when required
The Caregiver Trainer of SAJIDA Institute of Skills Development delivers competency-based caregiving instruction in accordance with NSDA standards, handles academic documentation and compliance, and monitor hostel activities to ensure student safety, residential discipline, and smooth hostel operations in the absence of the primary supervisor.
Description of Function:
1. Training & Instructional Delivery (CBT&A Standard):
Conduct competency-based theoretical and practical training for NSDA Level 2 & Level 3 Caregiving courses
Prepare lesson plans, training learning materials (TLMs), practical lab setups, and student job sheets
Evaluate student skill competencies through practical demonstrations, viva, and logbook reviews
Maintain student attendance, competency achievement records, and skill progress trackers
2. Academic Documentation & Paperwork Support:
Prepare, organize, and archive student enrollment files, class registers, and NSDA compliance records
Support NSDA portal registration, candidate documentation, assessment scheduling, and audit paperwork
Draft internal assessment papers, mark sheets, candidate portfolios, and competency rosters
Compile periodic academic reports, training completion data, and certification files
3. Hostel Monitoring Duties:
Act as the primary backup to oversee hostel operations during the absence or leave of the regular Hostel Supervisor
Monitor student entry/exit logs, hostel roll calls, and maintain residential discipline and safety
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper facility maintenance in the living quarters
Provide emergency assistance, first aid, or medical coordination for ill residents
Report hostel incidents, maintenance needs, or student grievances to management
4. General & Operational Support:
Support student orientation, academic counseling, and placement readiness activities
Assist in training lab inventory tracking and equipment maintenance
Perform any other academic, administrative, or operational duties assigned by management
