Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor/Masters in any discipline with computer literacy

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 07 years’ experience in micro-credit program at field level as well as head office/Zonal office.

• Experienced in official correspondence with MRA and other related departments.

A reputed national NGO is inviting application for the following position for Dhaka based head office.

Responsibilities:

• Visit and monitor the branches (15 branch) in a regular interval.

• Review and verify the micro-credit related documents in the branches.

• Review and verify the loan proposal and other related papers.

• During staying in the branches visit the village groups to check and verify the credit related all documents.

• Find out any kind of irregularities, disobeyed the rules and regulations, weakness of controlling mechanism, office order etc. related to the micro-credit program

• Preparation of a comprehensive report after the field visit.

• Check, verify and compare the micro-credit information with DataSoft at head office level.

• Perform official correspondence with HR related issues.

• Prepare quarterly, half yearly and annual report of the micro-credit program

• Prepare all kinds of report for MRA

• Any duty assigned by the Executive Director

• Probationary Period: Taka 40,000, After completion of probation period salary will be reviewed according to the performance. Other admissible benefits will be provided additionally.
