  • Age: Minimum 30 years and maximum 50 years as of 31 August 2026.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the NGO/INGO sector.
  • Practical experience in government/NGO regulatory liaison, asset management, logistics, and administrative operations will be highly valued.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of government/NGO regulatory procedures, compliance requirements, administrative policies, and institutional documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with government offices, NGO Affairs Bureau, NSI, SB, NBR, C&F, DC & UNO Office, Travel agencies, Immigration & Passport Office, and other relevant ministry and authorities.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, networking, problem-solving, communication, independent decision-making, and report-writing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of land and property-related matters, including deeds, mutation (namjari), land records, land development tax, registration, ownership documentation, and relevant online government land services and portals.
  • Excellent command of Bangla and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to maintain accurate administrative records, manage assets through digital/software-based systems, and prepare related reports


Responsibilities & Context:

Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 2 Special Projects (SP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for the mentioned position:

LocationGNB Head Office, Dhaka

Probation Period: 6 months (Confirmation of employment, extension of the probation period, or discontinuation of employment will be based on the performance evaluation during the probation period)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Government & Regulatory Liaison: Lead and coordinate liaison with government authorities and relevant regulatory bodies, including the NGO Affairs Bureau, NSI, SB, NBR, C&F, DC & UNO Office, Travel agencies, Immigration & Passport Office, and other concerned offices, ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and compliance of required documents and timely approvals, including FD-2, FD-6, FD-7, FC-1, processing of NOCs, visa/immigration matters, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Asset Management: Establish, maintain, and oversee the effective management of GNB assets, including tangible and intangible assets, through a centralized digital asset management system, in accordance with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
  • Logistics & Administrative Support: Oversee general logistics and administrative support, including office facilities, transportation, travel arrangements, visa and immigration support for international & local staff, security clearance, work permit processing, ticketing, events, meetings, supplies, maintenance, and other operational requirements.
  • General Affairs Leadership: Lead and supervise the General Affairs Team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely and quality delivery of administrative services.
  • Networking & Representation: Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, partner organizations, service providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate organizational operations and institutional interests.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper maintenance of administrative, regulatory, asset, and compliance records and support internal/external audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions as required.


Job Other Benifits:

    Salary and Benefits: Consolidated remuneration of Tk. 60,000 per month, plus a 100% annual bonus after successful completion of the probationary period, 15 days of paid leave excluding public holidays, and training opportunities for career development.
