Experience:
MBA / Masters in Management, Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality Management or related discipline from a recognised university/ institution. Professional certification in Hospitality, Revenue Management, or Property Management will be given preference.
Sound leadership/management skills, staff handling capacity.
Ability to manage a large workforce volume.
Decision-making ability and quick problem-solving through experience.
Good communication skills (listening, verbal, and written) and strong interpersonal abilities
Skills in conflict management.
Knowledge in hospitality operations (like hotel or large residential property management), development organization facility management, or multi-department operations leadership.
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet browsing.
The ability to manage multiple priorities/multitasking effectively.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, including hotel management, large residential property management, development organization facility management, and multi-department operational leadership.

Job Purpose
The Operations Manager leads the overall management of the BRAC Learning Centre, ensuring strategic direction, operational efficiency, financial sustainability, safeguarding compliance, and strong brand positioning. The role oversees service quality, asset protection, optimal space use, and upholds BRAC’s values and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual business planning, revenue growth, new income generation, property utilization optimization, and stakeholder representation aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure achievement of revenue and surplus targets through effective budgeting, cost control, financial monitoring, and statutory compliance.
Oversee infrastructure, maintenance, safety, asset protection, capital improvements, and overall property standards.
Ensure efficient management of accommodation, reservations, food & beverage, training facilities, logistics, and service quality standards.
Lead workforce planning, performance management, staff development, and foster a high-performing, service-oriented team culture.
Ensure full compliance with policies, audit standards, procurement rules, and safeguarding requirements while maintaining documentation integrity.
Strengthen coordination with internal programmes and stakeholders to enhance facility utilization and overall learning experience.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
