Masters in any discipline of Social Science (i.e. Sociology, Social Science, Economics etc.) from any reputed institution.

• At least 5 years of work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation systems.

• Strong knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks.

• Expertise in data analysis and database management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

• Experience with digital dashboards and monitoring platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to develop M&E tools and reporting formats.

• Good training and technical support skills for project teams.

• Strong documentation and reporting ability.

Purpose: Develop and manage an ICT-based Monitoring and Evaluation system for tracking project progress, outputs, and performance. Also, ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting for informed decision-making and donor accountability.

Job Description:

• Design and implement an IT-based M&E system including indicators and data collection processes.
• Establish data collection mechanisms across project stakeholders and field teams.
• Compile and analyze project data using Excel-based M&E systems.
• Develop monitoring tools for tracking activities at different implementation levels.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly monitoring reports in approved formats.
• Develop M&E work plans for WASH components including Piped water supply, Non-piped water supply, Sanitation services etc.
• Ensure proper functioning of project monitoring dashboards and databases.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across the M&E system.
• Provide training and technical support to project staff on M&E tools.
• Troubleshoot database and reporting system issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project management.

Safeguarding:

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation, and team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a critical source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident occurs and encourage others to do so.
