Job Context:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates as a Quality Manager for a reputed Sweater Factory who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up daily inspection booking list of buyers and making daily inspection plan based on buyer’s requirements and to ensure best quality products.
∎ Perform during pre-production (PP) Meeting, In-line for production follow-up and continues improvement.
∎ Implementation of Defect reduction Quality Control system in the factory.
∎ Conduct the final Inspection on Major Customer and prepare inspection reports as per management requirement.
∎ Collections of buyer quality guide lines from buyer website or manual and convey it to CQ Central, Q.C Factory and Monitoring for proper implementation to achieve buyer quality level.
∎ Review, interprets and provide formal inspection reports.
∎ Assist and monitor all running orders especially where shipment schedule is concern.
∎ Keep co-ordination with Merchandise, Production & Technical department to develop system for better quality as well as on time delivery.
∎ Maintain liaison with buyers Q A team for technical problems for which their help is needed.
∎ Over All administration of factories Q A department and monitoring the work of Sewing Q C, Finishing Q C, Line Q C, Q I Cutting and all inspectors as well as evaluation of their performance.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedure as per factory quality manual /QMS.
