∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments
∎ 10-12 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including roles in production management, or quality control and finishing processes.
∎ Deep understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and finishing processes.
∎ Quality Control & Assurance SOP development.
∎ Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, and customers.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The applicants must have the necessary technical knowledge of knit products.
∎ Understand production processes of knit products, conduct an inline inspection, production monitoring, and pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Develop and implement quality SOPs (Guidelines), policies, and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.
∎ Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards before they reach the market.
∎ Provide a report related to Quality issues with comprehensive analysis and action plans.
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Address customer complaints and issues related to product quality promptly and effectively.
∎ Implement corrective actions and communicate solutions to customers.
∎ Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary certifications such as ISO, and others relevant to the RMG industry.
∎ Lead and develop the quality team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
∎ Provide training to staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
∎ Ensure that all employees understand their role in maintaining product quality.
