∎ Experience for pre shipment audit for ensuring shipment without third party audit.
∎ Ability to train local employee to achieve quality as international standard.
∎ Having Knowledge about knitted ferric.
∎ Experience to work with foreign management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and achieve efficiency level more than 85%.
∎ Ability to meet production led time and ensure quality of different buyer.
