Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Masters
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement;
∎ Implementation of the quality process as per SOP;
∎ Review daily quality related issues at the factory and work with the QA team to find quick solutions & give required guidance.
∎ Conduct PP meeting with relevant persons and identify areas of improvement and provide required guidance to the QA and Merchandising teams.
∎ Monitoring QA and QC performance monthly and report to respective Manager.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records;
∎ Planning training schedule and conduction sessions for quality personnel.
∎ Studying on process failure and making RCA & CAP.
∎ Conducting any kind of internal process control audit such as internal QMS Audit, PS Audit, and Housekeeping Audit etc.
∎ To follow up all Buyer's requirement & ensure quality level as well.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English & Inter-Personal collaboration
∎ Capable of critical thinking & problem solving.
∎ Positive & Proactive attitude
∎ Work under pressure
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ Must be Working Experience Garments/Textiles
