∎ Must have prior experience in quality checking in a rice production factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and inspect rice processing stages to ensure product quality.
∎ Conduct regular sampling and laboratory tests of rice to verify moisture content, purity, color, and other quality parameters.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all quality control activities and test results.
∎ Ensure compliance with national food safety standards and company SOPs.
∎ Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and coordinate with the production team to resolve them.
∎ Train production staff on quality control procedures and hygiene practices.
∎ Assist in preparing reports for audits and certifications.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
∎ Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide technical support.
