∎ Age at most 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring quality & control, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production.
∎ Raw materials sampling and analysis of food products.
∎ In-process quality control (IPQC).
∎ Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality-related issues.
∎ Microbiological work test
∎ Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety. Health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe acts or conditions by following the safety manual.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ The mindset of working on your own.
∎ Strictly adhering to the occupational safety system.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw materials; finish goods Input and output quality parameters accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit Daily performance reports to the Line Manager.
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Responsible for implementation & Documentation work (ISO, HACCP, BSTI, HALAL)
∎ Internal Relationship: QC Manager, Production Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Microbiologist, Production Head. Machine Operator.
∎ Prepare premix pack as per batch.
∎ External Relationship: RM / PM Supplier.
