Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review confirmation sample and MK Sample.
∎ Evaluating the pilot garments ad communicating finding with concern.
∎ Conducting 1st 100 pcs pack audit and regular daily audit & Regular style wise inline inspection.
∎ Analysis the repeated defects, understand the root cause and Prepare CAP with Production/ Quality Team.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment of Uniqlo customer’s product maintaining on time delivery.
∎ Sewing first bulk output inspection against -IS, Trim Card and Approved Sample and Prepare report.
∎ Finishing first bulk output inspection against - IS, Trim Card and Approved Sample and Prepare report.
∎ Confirm packing accuracy from First packing output.
∎ Conduct daily Sewing End Line Audit & Finishing End Line Audit.
∎ Daily defect review meeting with Production and Quality Team based on daily findings.
∎ Participation for the meeting; Sewing/ Finishing Production & Quality, Technical, Washing.
∎ Confirm packing accuracy from First packing output.
∎ Conduct Pre-Final Audit.
∎ Ensure CAP is in place by random audits.
∎ Daily SPI checking for all sewing Lines.
∎ Uniqlo Random audit - Based on Uniqlo Instruction.
