Experience:

• Bachelor / Masters degree from any reputed university.

• Only Male

• Candidate must have 05 years experience on same position & field.

• Candidate must have experience in Knit garments.

• Certification of quality control is strong advantage.

• Responsible for plan, run and lead the quality department as per buyers` quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.

• Leading and developing an effective quality assurance team who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issues.

• Cooperating & updating to Merchandising team regarding any issues related to quality assurance.

• Monitor and develop existing quality assurance systems to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company specifications.

• Control and ensure quality of each production process as per customers` requirements.

• Follow up the audit and take action if required. Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.

• Ensure health & safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Conduct ongoing awareness training on requirements of the standard, process correction, preventive actions and measurement of process etc. regularly. Finding out the unskilled QC personnel and make a list to improve them by proper training.

• Generates report of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies operation and quality assurance/quality control management of significant problems (MMR).

• Ensuring All Quality (In Finishing) & Production Issue by Auditing & Controlling

• Monitoring Daily Finishing All Relevant Report, Planning Work Hour in Advance.

• Reviewed Third Party Inspection Report to See Pass or Fail Ratio and Arrange Seminar with Them.

• Preparing or summarizing weekly/ monthly or any periodical quality inspection analysis reports to tracking the quality progression/ degradation.

• Follow up production progress to perform on time shipment as per weekly inspection schedule.

• Ensure shipments with zero defects as per buyer`s instructions

• Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the reporting manager & HOD.
