Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure preparation daily Raw materials (Spare part, Stationary items, Hardware & Electrical)
∎ To ensure preparation of daily stock.
∎ To ensure goods are properly segregated and BIN CARD being used.
∎ To ensure Goods quality and prepared GRN on time.
∎ To ensure recording of the necessary data in Oracle on time.
∎ To ensure emergency local purchase.
∎ To insure monthly inventory and reconciliation.
∎ Supervise inventory people are properly working or not.
∎ To ensure Purchase requisition submit as per User Requirement.
∎ To ensure to take necessary step to bring Engineering related goods from other's unit.
∎ Ensure user department about their purchase requisition status.
∎ Follow up goods in housed or not as per Purchase requisition.
∎ To ensure supply chain concern about new goods sample.
∎ Keep Communication with user department about oracle related work.
∎ To ensure to user department about any item which they unable to find out.
∎ To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To perform any other job when assign by the senior management.
