Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
woven
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over roll technical audits in every 3 months.
∎ Fallow up factory quality process for quality system improvements
∎ Preform Inline sewing, Inline finishing and pre Final.
∎ QMS follow ups.
∎ Keep all records for corrective actions.
∎ Analysis data and help factories for preventive actions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: At least 5 years of audit experience (Woven garments)
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent's those who have work experience of Readymade Garment (RMG) & woven garments unit will get preferences.
∎ Languages: Fluent written and spoken English (Official Language) and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency - particularly MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
∎ Knowledge: Moderate knowledge of Information Technology working procedures.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
