Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate and execute production/operation plans that align with Evince Group’s requirements.

  • Lead to arrange multiple production lines to maximize "per-machine-output" and minimize downtime.

  • Monitor factory regular operations focusing production and shipment.

  • Ensure production operations as per set SOPs and Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.

  • Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.

  • Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.

  • Review Production and operational functions for development.

  • Develop and monitor performance-based incentive schemes for workers and floor management to boost morale and productivity simultaneously.

  • Lead the transition toward developing and implementing automation systems to achieve and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Drive a Lean culture focusing effective Waste Management.

  • Implement a "Total Quality Management" framework where quality is owned by the production floor, not just the inspection team, aiming for a Right-First-Time (RFT) rate.

  • Ensure the plant meets all ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues.

  • Identify high-potential middle managers and provide mentorship to ensure a continuous pipeline of leadership talent.

  • Any other assignment given by the top management.
