Job Context:

One of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for Executive – Internal Audit for our corporate office located at Dhaka. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description:

• Audit production process,

• Quantity and material based order reconciliation,

• Consumption check with actual utilization (Fabric & Accessories)

• Check import documents (negotiated price, work order, PI, CI, Final payment and local cost),

• Check & review export documents sets( e.g. invoices, packing lists, shipment documents and cost comparison),

• Export LC and contact analysis (contact price, BTB and export value),

• Check C&F documents and costing,

• Review of budget and budget variance, cash flow statements and other financial statements and others financial statements,

• Scrutinize journal entries, bank statements, vouchers and other financial records to ensure proper record keeping,

• Check fund received & disbursement procedure and vault management,

• Check monthly salary statement, overtime allowance, bonus sheet and earn leave encashment,

• Audit on total procurement procedures and verify the purchases with gate pass and warehouse records

• Check commercial invoice, packing lists and other commercial documents to examine imported raw materials

• Examine inventory records with physical stock count and fixed assets accounts and register with physical verification

• Visit the factory and conduct audits on compliance issues

• Surprise field visits on sister concern factories to conduct physical cash verification.
