Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Quality products to end customers from IQC to AQL by respecting and sustaining production processes and SOP all over the organization to attain customer satisfaction.
∎ Align the team members regarding the customer instruction and quality standard of each product by arranging meetings and training for better workmanship.
∎ Reduce Defect Rate / Rejection / Repair / Rework during production by troubleshooting and applying technical knowledge to help in smooth productivity.
∎ Ensure that the DPR (Daily Production Requirement) and SQA (Supplier Quality Assessment) for all customers and any kind of audit for other customers are maintained and sustainable at all over the organization by following the DPR Grid, SQA Grid and other customer grid to ensure the quality system, compliance related issue, smooth productivity through process control.
∎ Prepare CAP on defects in close collaboration with the Production & Quality team by Root Cause Analysis to reduce further defects.
∎ Knowhow of the workers to minimize mistakes during production and also to secure the final product.
