Experience:
Provide primary medical consultation and treatment to employees for work-related and general health concerns.
Conduct medical assessments, diagnosis, and prescribe appropriate medications within the scope of practice.
Respond promptly to workplace emergencies, injuries, and accidents by providing immediate medical care and coordinating referrals when necessary.
Maintain and manage the factory medical center, including medical equipment, medicines, and first-aid supplies.
Keep accurate and confidential medical records of employee consultations, treatments, and health incidents.
Monitor employees with chronic illnesses or ongoing medical conditions and provide follow-up care where appropriate.
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Lead and organize health awareness programs, including occupational health, hygiene, nutrition, heat stress prevention, communicable disease prevention, mental well-being, and lifestyle-related health education.
Support workplace health surveillance and identify potential occupational health risks, recommending preventive measures.
Collaborate with the HR, Compliance, EHS, and Production teams to promote employee health, safety, and well-being.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, occupational health regulations, and buyer requirements related to worker health services.
Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and emergency medical service providers for referrals and emergency situations.
Supervise nursing staff, paramedics, and first-aid responders, ensuring quality medical services within the factory.
Prepare monthly medical reports, health statistics, and recommendations for management.
Participate in emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, disaster response planning, and first-aid training.
Support employee welfare initiatives by providing medical guidance and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Perform any other medical and occupational health responsibilities assigned by management.
