Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors/Masters of Science from Private/Public University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Pre Shipment Inspection AQL,AQL
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any training about QA
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, English (Language), Good comunication skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Production, Quality compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AQL experience, Inspection in any export oriented factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of materials and Shoe.
∎ Work with quality team actively leading by quality manager.
∎ Using software i.e., OSCA according to buyer requirements.
∎ Check quality for both local and imported materials.
∎ Give advice to the production manager for shoe quality improvement.
∎ Rectify problems during primary stage of production.
∎ Coordination with both the factory and office for smooth operation.
∎ Report to the Quality Control Manager & Head of Quality.
∎ Make a bridge of clear communication between inter department specially with factory's concern dept. and own office merchandising and quality control team.
∎ Shoe sample check and report to Merchandising manager
∎ Submit the daily quality report to quality manager regularly.
∎ To keep records of quality from production/ inspection.
∎ To ensure 100% PSI and maintain records as per buyer’s manual,
∎ To check compliance audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sports background, ability to work with foreigners , Inspection experience in Garments/ footwear factory, good command in English and documentation.
Salary: Negotiable
