Job Context:
∎ Set and enforce a budget for Purchasing Department
∎ Develop & Implement purchasing policies
∎ Maintain records of inventory to determine when new goods need to be ordered.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze existing purchasing processes for performance
∎ Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems
∎ Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers
∎ Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Hospitality sector will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable
